the future will value judgement over output

In the future, we will absolutely value judgment over output. This is something which I truly believe in, considering the way AI is accelerating the process of creating an output.
I read a LinkedIn post by someone from google.
your raw output will soon be worth far less.
as someone who works on AI and is the father of two pre-teen daughters, i spend a lot of time connecting these dots. most people are focused on what machines will replace. i’m looking at what becomes more valuable because of them.
we are entering the judgment economy.
in this new world, the currency isn’t speed -- it’s trust and the reliability of a decision. value will accrue to those who can:
- exercise sound judgment under extreme uncertainty.
- craft strategic narratives that actually align people.
- lead with empathy and curiosity.
this is why i’m doubling down on raising thoughtful, curious kids. the future of work looks a lot more like the humanities than we think. the future will value "judgment" over "output".
